Oscar 2014 - 86 th Academy Awards

The 86 th Academy Award has been presented and this year it goes with '12 Years A Slave' that has won the Best Picture.The 3D marvel 'Gravity' pulls out another 7 wins together including best direction for Alfonso Cuaron.

86 th Academy Award Winners - Matthew McConaughey (Dallas Buyers Club),  Cate Blanchett (Blue Jasmine), Lupita Nyong'o (12 Years a Slave), Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club)

Matthew McConaughey wins home a best actor in leading a role for his excellent performance as an AIDS patient in "Dallas Buyer's Club" and Cate Blanchett wins her academy award for Best Actress in a Leading role for Woody Allen's movie "Blue Jasmine".

The Oscar 2014 was hosted by  Ellen DeGeneres. The winners of the best actor and actress in supporting roles are Jared Leto and  Lupita Nyong'o for "Dallas Buyer's Club" and  '12 Years A Slave' respectively.
